1.STATUS in WORLD DEVELOPMENT VENTILATION ENERGY SAVING SYSTEMS


All conventional Axial Flow Ventilators & Compressors are working today in range of partially or fully developed separation of flow on their rotating blades with vast cavities of turbulent air formed. This causes low efficiency (not more than 32%), high-energy consumption and high level of noise and, as a consequence, high exploitation cost.After several years of comprehensive Research, Development & full-scale Prototypes Trials in Aerodynamic Test Stand (Tunnel), ISCOM succeeded in developing new innovative economical efficiency Energy Saving System - ESS for all kind of Stationary & Transport ventilation, air-condition, cooling, heating & compressor application. The ESS system is unique, competitive with all systems currently available in the world.

The invented ESS System is working on such principle, that the separation of airflow around blades is avoided with laminar flow of air. Therefore the efficiency of ESS is high (~ 60%) and with unique structure, shape & design, provides not less than 27,3% energy saving in the range of the efficiency gain (see following trial sheet & graph).

As shown in the following trial sheet & graph an increase in efficiency of 27,3% was achieved by simply replacing the existing convential blades by special blades.

3. CONCISE DESCRIPTION DEVELOPMENT OF THE ESS, THAT WERE PERFORMED.


3.1 Calculation & Drawing of ESS for diameters 620, 912,1500mm are made.

3.2 For testing ESS System (diameter 620mm) following developments were made:

3.3 Tests of Energy economy of ESS axial fans were positive and showed an increase in efficiency of 27,3% in electricity by using novel ESS axial fans instead of conventional fans
